We are seeking a seasoned marketing and communications professional to support our growth efforts by enhancing client and prospect engagement across the financial services sector in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of regional events, targeted campaigns, and high-quality client success storytelling in this dynamic region. Collaboration with sales, product, and global marketing teams will be essential to ensure the effective localization of global initiatives, thereby strengthening client engagement and directly contributing to pipeline creation across key client and prospect accounts.

Your Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement the CH/FL field marketing strategy in alignment with the regional head, sales leadership, and global marketing.
- Build trusted relationships with sales to jointly define priorities, support account plans, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Drive localized marketing impact through targeted field initiatives, including regional events, executive roundtables, partner activities, and client community programs.
- Lead end-to-end event management (planning, content, logistics, promotion, follow-up) for owned and sponsored events.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including tailored content, outreach, and experiences for priority accounts.
- Produce and curate client success stories, testimonials, and case study assets tailored to the CH/FL market.
- Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns, assets, and messaging to ensure relevance for regional audiences.
- Manage the CH/FL marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
