While our locations represent independent assisted living and comprehensive care facilities, Senevita Casa stands out as the leading provider of private home care services in the country. To enhance our Care Quality Management team, we are seeking a motivated, highly skilled, and self-reliant individual for the Bern region, starting from October 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Area of Responsibility
- Providing professional advice and support for nursing service management on care quality matters.
- Planning and conducting nursing audits while assisting operations in the sustainable implementation of improvement measures.
- Further developing, introducing, and evaluating nursing concepts, standards, and guidelines.
- Conducting systematic analyses of nursing key figures and deriving targeted optimization measures.
- Actively participating in innovative projects and preparing as well as delivering internal training sessions.
- Supporting new nursing service managers during their onboarding process and providing professional guidance during external audits.
Requirements Profile
- Diploma as a nursing professional HF or FH.
- Several years of management experience as a nursing service manager or in a comparable role.
- Further education in quality or health management.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- High consulting competence and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Willingness to travel within the Bern region.
