  • Organizing and executing recruitment activities, including information sessions, webinars, campus events, and participation in external fairs.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies for lead generation, monitoring performance, and providing feedback on lead quality.
  • Identifying and implementing innovative strategies to generate leads and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing admissions data, including conversion rates and pipeline performance, and preparing regular reports.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to assist with social media campaigns, video shoots, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Providing insights from candidate interactions to enhance communication, content, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or other customer-facing roles (experience in higher education is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse candidate pool.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • An analytical mindset with the capability to track performance, interpret data, and optimize processes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing pipelines is advantageous.
  • A proactive, hands-on work style with a strong sense of ownership.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language proficiency is an asset.
