- Identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates to fill existing vacancies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
- Providing strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, attracting and securing exceptional talent from both within and beyond the F1 industry.
- Collaborating and leading cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Monitoring, reporting, and optimizing recruitment performance indicators while actively managing vacancies within your scope.
- Driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline, fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
- Being a proactive team player, supporting colleagues, and contributing to broader team initiatives.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the full recruitment cycle along with knowledge of REC, HR, or CRM systems.
- A passion for active sourcing, high self-discipline, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies and projects.
- Effective communication skills to build strong partnerships across the team and throughout the recruitment process.
- A drive to support and enhance hiring processes, focusing on optimizing time to hire.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is desirable but not mandatory.
