Join us in our pursuit of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence in Formula 1. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates to fill existing vacancies while ensuring alignment with team objectives.
- Providing strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, attracting and securing exceptional talent from within and beyond the F1 industry.
- Collaborating and leading cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Monitoring, reporting, and optimizing recruitment performance indicators, actively managing vacancies within your scope.
- Driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline while fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform to ensure seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
- Being a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to broader team initiatives.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the full recruitment cycle and familiarity with REC, HR, or CRM systems.
- A passion for active sourcing, coupled with high self-discipline and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively meet stakeholder needs and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
- An ability to support and drive hiring processes while optimizing time-to-hire.
- Full proficiency in the English language; German language skills are desirable but not essential.
