Your Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support of the recruitment process, from detailed requirement analysis to targeted direct approach and final contract negotiation.
- Utilization of the latest sourcing methods, data-driven tools, and creative networking to attract highly qualified candidates for our clients.
- Committed and solution-oriented consulting for clients across various industries, focusing on demanding professional and management positions.
- Building, maintaining, and strategically expanding your own candidate and client portfolio with an emphasis on long-term relationships.
- Continuous market observation and analysis to recognize and respond to current industry trends proactively.
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in personnel consulting, ideally focused on the placement and leasing of professionals and executives.
- Extensive knowledge of modern recruiting strategies, strong communication skills, and a confident, professional demeanor.
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to set priorities independently.
- Passion for developing innovative solutions, critically questioning established approaches, and actively contributing to the company's success.
- Native-level German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
