Your Responsibilities
- Recruitment of Medical Professionals: You will oversee the entire recruiting process from profile definition to direct approach and successful placement of doctors, nursing professionals, and other medical specialists. Efficient processes are crucial in this field.
- Consultation and Support for Clients: Utilize your market knowledge and understanding of client needs to provide professional advice to clinics, hospitals, health centers, and practices, developing tailored solutions.
- Building and Maintaining a High-Quality Candidate Network: Leverage your network, social media channels, and job portals to identify top candidates for demanding vacancies.
- Market Observation and Promoting Innovation: Actively monitor industry trends, identify new recruitment channels, and utilize modern tools to continuously enhance our services.
- Quality and Customer Orientation: Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth placement process and prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.
Your Profile
- Experience in Recruitment or Staffing: Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the medical or healthcare sector.
- Expert Knowledge & Industry Understanding: A good understanding of the medical job market, including knowledge of relevant professional groups and qualification requirements.
- Communication Competence & Empathy: Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills. You can recognize and mediate the needs of both clients and candidates.
- High Initiative & Quality Awareness: Characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, independence, and a structured approach to your work.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German; additional language skills, especially in English or French, are a plus.
