Reconciliation Team Lead

The Role

Are you eager to be part of a team that pioneers the technology for reconciliations, data integrity, and reporting? Do you envision leading a team to streamline reconciliation static updates, scale system-enabled reconciliations, and liaise with global business and IT stakeholders?

• Manage CTC reconciliation static data and exception management for various reconciliations
• Supervise service delivery units in Switzerland and India, overseeing EoD Sign-off, procedural controls, SLA reviews, and SOP reviews
• Lead integration activities affecting Nostro, Depot, Intersystem reconciliations, and drive front-to-back process enhancements alongside Network Management and Account Opening teams
• Design and implement target exception management processes utilizing Next Gen reconciliation platforms on the Cloud
• Analyze risks, identify and address control gaps, and support audit queries

Our Team

You will be part of Reconciliations & Data Integrity Operations (DI OPS) in Switzerland, supporting the verification of UBS books by reconciling internal and external data sources and monitoring exceptions queues resulting from incomplete reference data.
