Your tasks are:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay
- Managing the check-in and check-out processes
- Engaging in sales-oriented communication over the phone to sell rooms
- Writing and designing menus, place cards, and other materials
- Responding to emails and guest correspondence
- Collaborating closely with management, housekeeping, kitchen, service, and spa departments
- Reacting promptly and professionally to individual guest requests
