Join Our Dedicated Support Team as a Receptionist / Office Assistant
We are seeking a bright, organized, and motivated candidate to join our dynamic international environment as a Receptionist / Office Assistant, working 60% - 80%. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a real passion for providing outstanding support. Reporting to the Office Manager and collaborating with our team, the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and clients, as well as providing administrative support throughout the Zurich office.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome all visitors and answer telephone calls in both German and English.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle administrative and organizational tasks at the reception desk, including supporting the legal assistants’ team as required.
Assist with the organization of events, including support for onsite activities, coordinating hotel accommodations, and occasional travel arrangements.
Manage stocks and orders for office supplies and IT, in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Assist with ad hoc reception projects as needed.
What We Look For
Experience in similar roles; prior reception experience or experience in a law firm is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous and diligent work ethic.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Very good organizational skills.
Native or near-native German and proficient oral English are essential; other languages, including French, are a strong asset.
