Hotel Engel, located in the picturesque Wädenswil by beautiful Lake Zurich, is a renowned gastronomy establishment. In addition to our cozy hotel with 10 rooms, we offer a well-appointed à la carte restaurant, a summer terrace by the lake, a vibrant tapas bar, and Boccia, our unique event venue. During the winter months, we proudly partner with the Wädenswil ice rink as a gastro partner.
To enhance our dedicated reception team, we are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic receptionist.
Your Profile:
- Commercial training or background in the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Experience with the hotel program Protel is a plus.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Team-oriented and resilient.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Your Tasks:
- Ensure smooth operations at the reception.
- Welcome, attend to, and bid farewell to hotel guests.
- Handle and fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
- Manage telephone operations and the information center.
- Receive and process incoming reservations.
- Prepare and manage daily closures.
- Maintain booking channels.
- Carry out various administrative tasks.
