The Perfect Candidate
We are looking for a dedicated individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Preferred knowledge of Radisson and ideally experience with the Emma PMS system
- Enthusiastic and a true team player
- Service-oriented mindset
- A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland
- Proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to work weekends and festive days

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation.
- Process all guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Handle all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Manage all check-outs, resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Answer, record, and process all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local points of interest.
- Run daily reports on arrivals and departures; identify special requests and check reports for accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Organize all end-of-day tasks to facilitate the night audit.
