Your Future Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and employees in alignment with company standards.
- Handle telephone calls and emails from general contacts.
- Manage the allocation of badges and track visitor access.
- Draft, format, and archive administrative documents.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage office orders.
- Update databases and ensure follow-up of internal contacts.
- Organize and coordinate executives' schedules.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Finance, and Management departments.
- Prepare meetings, ensure room reservations, and coordinate business trips.
Your Profile:
- Holds a vocational diploma in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
- Recognized for organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in common office software (MS Office, Outlook, ERP).
- Communicates effortlessly in both oral and written forms.
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Experience in the watchmaking industry is a significant advantage.
