Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with Swiss stakeholders in finance and HR. Your primary responsibility will be to gather headcount growth projections and prepare detailed reports for the Regional Real Estate Manager for Southern Europe, ensuring that our strategy remains in sync.
Responsibilities
- Guide all facilities and workplace operations to create an exceptional environment that fosters and enhances our company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all contracts and documentation related to our Real Estate portfolio, fulfilling all obligations under those agreements.
- Oversee fit-out projects from inception to completion, engaging architects, project managers, and contractors, while developing plans that align with corporate workplace standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in project management of commercial real estate interior construction.
- Proven experience managing the buildout of multiple commercial real estate projects.
- Experience developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings, evaluating submittals, and negotiating with vendors.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is an advantage.
