Your Tasks
- Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinating and scheduling property viewing appointments
- Conducting on-site viewings
- Presenting properties and addressing client questions
- Pre-qualifying clients based on their needs, budget, and timing
- Sending property brochures and necessary documents
- Following up on leads and inquiries
- Maintaining data in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
- Assisting in the marketing process, including advertisements and various platforms
Your Profile
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
- Genuine interest in real estate and sales
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Proficient with digital tools (experience with ChatGPT or Zapier is a plus)
- Very good command of the German language; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Category B driver's license is a plus
