Are you passionate about working with technology that serves as the backbone of the rail sector? Do you thrive on troubleshooting machine malfunctions and ensuring smooth operations in a workshop environment? If you're looking for a position in a small, technically proficient team where you can take on significant responsibility and make an impact, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician in Electrical Engineering for an international leader in rail infrastructure. This organization supports large rail projects with materials, logistics, and expert technical services. Operating from their Hilversum location, they ensure that machinery and installations perform optimally, and you will play a crucial role in achieving this. Without efficient machines, operations can come to a standstill.
The role shifts the focus away from field service, placing emphasis on maintaining and enhancing a diverse fleet of machines, where electrical engineering, control, and mechanics converge. Working closely with a small team, you will enjoy a great deal of autonomy in addressing challenges.
This position is unique due to the combination of electrical engineering, control, and mechanics it encompasses. You'll work with a variety of machines, ensuring no two days are alike. Your input will directly influence how malfunctions are addressed and processes are refined.
We understand this is not a standard role. Therefore, we encourage you to apply if you believe you possess the technical foundation and motivation to grow, even if you do not meet every requirement listed.
