Senior Whitewater Rafting Guide (Class IV)

We are seeking a seasoned Class IV guide to join our team at the Interlaken base for the 2026 season. If you have spent the last decade navigating commercial rivers and still find excitement in every run, we invite you to learn more about this opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading commercial rafting trips on the Lütschine and surrounding rivers, guiding mixed-ability groups safely through Class III-IV whitewater.
- Playing a pivotal role in a small, tight-knit operation, which involves taking initiative, mentoring less experienced guides, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from briefing to takeout.
What We Need:
- 10+ years of commercial whitewater guiding experience.
- Confident Class III swiftwater skillset in both guiding and rescue scenarios.
- Valid first aid/swiftwater rescue certification (WFR, SRT, or equivalent).
- Experience leading multi-guide trips and working with international guest groups.
- Fluent English; German or other languages is a genuine bonus.
