Your Mission
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-level support to end users on-site in Hinwil and at the race track.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Managing rollouts and system migrations.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies.
- Documenting support cases in the ticketing system.
- Providing onboarding IT support.
- Collaborating with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with further education.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering-, or R&D-centric environment.
- Practical experience in audio-visual support, conferencing systems, or media technology.
- Project management education or IT project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies.
- Experience with Apple devices is required.
- Cloud, platform engineering, and IT security experience would be beneficial.
- A willingness to travel to races.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Good English skills (spoken and written); German is a nice-to-have.
