Your Mission
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Provide first-level support to end users on-site in Hinwil and at the race track.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Manage rollouts and system migrations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Document support cases in the ticketing system accurately.
- Provide Onboarding IT Support to new users.
- Collaborate with external companies on projects and complex issue resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or a relevant apprenticeship with further education.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
- Practical experience in Audio Visual support, conferencing systems, or media technology.
- Project management education or skills in IT project management.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies.
- Experience with Apple devices is essential.
- Knowledge in cloud, platform engineering, and IT security would be beneficial.
- A willingness to travel for races.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
