New Opportunity: Quality IT Systems Engineer (TrackWise, SQM, EDM)

Techfirm Industrial Services is seeking a Quality IT Systems Engineer to support and continuously enhance key global quality systems, including TrackWise, Supplier Quality Management (SQM), and Documentum (EDM).
This role is ideally suited for candidates with hands-on experience in Quality IT systems and a strong understanding of GxP, CSV, and environments within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of global EDM Collections (Documentum).
- Contribute to system configuration, deployment, support, and reporting activities.
- Assist with project initiatives such as upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts.
- Ensure system compliance with CSV and GxP requirements.
- Help maintain user support and training materials.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, IT) on system-related matters.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience with TrackWise, EDM, and/or LIMS.
- Strong knowledge of CSV, GxP, and IT compliance practices.
- Experience with incident/change management and system documentation.
- Good understanding of CAPA processes and audit requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German is a plus).
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP, SharePoint, or other Quality/Compliance tools.
- Basic understanding of lab environments or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
