Quality Specialist Kitting

As a Quality Specialist Kitting, you will conduct visual inspections of parts or modules for transportation damage, ensuring the correctness of documentation, availability of required quantities, and compliance with technical standards in SAP.

Your Tasks

• Work on CFM-56, LEAP, GTF, PW-4000 parts and modules
• Perform visual inspections for transport damage and conduct quantity checks
• Complete and verify the SAP Onlog structure
• Check the LLP sheet (life-limited part) for correct parts installation
• Organize the exchange and return of material with the material coordinator team
• Communicate with Engineering and Material Master for SAP data adjustments
• Store parts and modules in designated locations
• Sign off on technical and administrative tasks according to relevant guidelines
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain the quality of completed work
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma concepts (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to promote continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a technician or equivalent is required
• Self-discipline, self-responsibility, strong communication skills, and a readiness for teamwork are essential
• Professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering specific services, with at least 3 years in a quality-driven industry, preferably in the MRO sector
• A quality and safety-driven mindset
• Ability to work meticulously, accurately, and independently
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• German C1 and English B2 language proficiency is required
• Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Existing 'release to service' license is a significant asset; a willingness to develop to this level is highly desirable
