Position: Quality Manager - Auditor Aviation Compliance

As a Quality Manager - Auditor Aviation Compliance, you will ensure an effective and profitable Management System in compliance with aviation regulatory and SMS requirements. You will monitor the performance of the Management System against set standards to meet regulatory compliance and customer expectations. Additionally, you will liaise with authorities, customers, and business units on safety, compliance, and quality-related topics to empower others in achieving the required standards.

Your Tasks

• Plan and establish an effective Management System in accordance with relevant requirements published by appropriate National Aviation Authorities and other International Standards, such as EN 9110, ICAO, ISO 17025, and EN 4179.
• Ensure compliance of the Management System through safety and compliance audits according to the SR Technics Group Audit plan.
• Support business units in the closed-loop process for safety, compliance, and quality-related findings, hazards, and escapes to develop effective preventive action plans.
• Monitor safety and compliance standards to identify gaps and initiate effective preventive actions, ensuring the escalation of deviations at the earliest possible stage.
• Continuously develop the Management Systems and promote a culture of compliance and safety through communication channels and training.
• Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers, and business units on safety, compliance, and audit matters.
• Administer the safety and audit database (Q-Pulse) to consistently improve the audit program, related checklists, and data trend analyses.

Your Profile

• Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, preferably EASA continuing airworthiness, with substantial experience in compliance audits.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage.
• Outstanding communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
