Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and ensure an effective Management System in accordance with the relevant requirements published by national aviation authorities and international standards, such as EN 9110, ICAO, ISO 17025, EN 4179.
  • Ensure compliance of the Management System through safety and compliance audits in alignment with the SR Technics Group Audit plan.
  • Support business units in the closed-loop process for safety, compliance, and quality-related findings, hazards, and escapes, facilitating the development of effective preventive action plans.
  • Monitor safety and compliance standards to identify gaps, initiate preventive actions, and ensure prompt escalation of deviations.
  • Continuously develop Management Systems while promoting a culture of compliance and safety through communication channels and training.
  • Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers, and business units on matters related to safety, compliance, and audits.
  • Administer the safety and audit database (Q-Pulse) to enhance the audit program, related checklists, and data trend analyses.

Your Profile

  • Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, preferably EASA continuing airworthiness, with advanced experience in compliance audits.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
