Quality Inspector Position

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair at Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and individual parts.
• Check modifications made to individual parts and assemblies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Work independently, demonstrating economic thinking and action.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
• Relevant working experience within the aviation or MRO industry is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated with a precise and accountable work approach.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good English skills (minimum B2); German-speaking is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
