Your Tasks

• Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56).
• Create repair orders for components and individual parts.
• Request and perform engine modifications.
• Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in line with current regulations, including inspection of modifications on individual parts and components.
• Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) to continuously improve processes and enhance quality and safety.
• Handle operating materials responsibly and execute tasks independently with both environmental awareness and an economic mindset.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
• Exhibit an independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, good physical condition, the ability to handle stress, and a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Basic PC skills, especially with MS Office; knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1).
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
