Join Our Team as a Quality Inspector - Module Inspection
Your Responsibilities
- Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56).
- Create repair orders for components and individual parts.
- Request and perform engine modifications.
- Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with current regulations.
- Inspect modifications performed on individual parts and components.
- Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
- Handle operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner.
- Work independently with an economic mindset and behavior.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
- An independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to handle stress.
- Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential.
- Basic PC skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1).
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
