Your Responsibilities

  • Timely execution of technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56).
  • Create repair orders for components and individual parts.
  • Request and perform engine modifications.
  • Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with current regulations.
  • Inspect modifications performed on individual parts and components.
  • Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.
  • Handle operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Work independently with an economic mindset and behavior.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
  • An independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good physical condition and ability to handle stress.
  • Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential.
  • Basic PC skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1).
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
