Your Responsibilities
- Inspect engine modules, components, and parts (e.g. LEAP, GTF, PW 4000, CFM 56).
- Create and manage repair orders while ensuring configuration compliance.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and in accordance with procedures.
- Support audits and implement continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5S, RCA).
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Planning, and Materials teams.
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic or similar).
- 3–5 years of experience in aviation MRO or precision mechanical environments.
- Knowledge of LEAP/GTF engines is a plus.
- Preferably an EASA Part 145 / Part 66 certifier.
- Quality- and safety-focused with a structured working style.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift model.
