Your Role

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to our mission, we encourage you to consider the Quality Inspector position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies, ensuring adherence to schedules and OEM specifications.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Work independently while thinking and acting economically.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
• Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated with a precise and accountable work approach.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good English skills (minimum B2); proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
