Your Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will:

  • Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and in accordance with OEM specifications and engineering orders.
  • Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
  • Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, such as Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Work independently and demonstrate economic thinking and action.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
  • Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry, which will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivation with a precise and accountable work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Good English skills (minimum B2); German-speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a 2-shift system.
