Your Tasks

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts; request and carry out engine modifications.
• Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Execute assigned work on time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance quality and safety.

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good health and ability to work under pressure.
• Exhibit personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English (level B1).
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
