Position Summary

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect engines, modules, and piece parts during and after the disassembly process, ensuring that all reused parts are serviceable and that unacceptable findings are corrected. You will ensure flawless quality and act as the primary interface between SR Technics engine maintenance services and our customers.

Your Tasks

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts and request and carry out engine modifications.
• Complete all assigned activities technically and administratively in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Carry out work on time while ensuring the quality of the output.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Continuously improve processes with the aim of enhancing quality and safety.

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good health, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English (level B1).
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
