Your Tasks

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on various engine parts and components.
• Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations as well as internal safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review work documentation for internal and external overhaul activities.
• Clarify technical deviations from manufacturer specifications in collaboration with Technical Support.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of processes.
• Actively apply Lean methods (e.g., Lean events, 5S).
• Conduct internal audits to support the continuous improvement of quality and infrastructure.

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical technician, or equivalent).
• Precise, independent, and quality-driven working style.
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
• High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Good IT skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus).
• Good English skills required; German is an advantage.
