Your Role as a Quality Inspector - Combustion Chamber

As a Quality Inspector - Combustion Chamber, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the technical condition of engine parts according to effective regulations and conducting in-process and final inspections.
• Creating job orders based on inspection results and generating shop orders for engine parts and assemblies.
• Setting timelines for the overhaul cycle of engine parts.
• Collaborating with engineering to clarify any findings that are out of limits.
• Documenting the condition of parts for customer allocation.
• Conducting internal audits (5S) and implementing 5S principles to maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensuring continuous development of shop processes to optimize quality, security, and cost effects while adhering to the company's safety and quality regulations at all times.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A completed technical apprenticeship of 3-4 years.
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP).
• At least a B1 level of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• A willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• The ability to analyze and optimize quality, security, and cost effects with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise protocols, study reports, and procedures.
