Your Responsibilities
- Execute timely technical inspections of aircraft engine components (Pratt & Whitney 4000 and CFM 56).
- Create repair orders for components and individual parts.
- Request and perform engine modifications.
- Carry out all assigned technical and administrative tasks in accordance with current regulations.
- Inspect modifications performed on individual parts and components.
- Complete assigned work on schedule while ensuring high quality standards.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
- Continuously enhance processes to improve quality and safety.
- Handle operating materials responsibly with environmental consciousness.
- Work independently with an economic mindset and behavior.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic (Swiss EFZ qualification) or an equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
- A strong work ethic characterized by independence, precision, and responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to thrive under stress.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
- Basic PC skills, especially in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient command of German and English, both written and spoken (Level B1).
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
