Your Responsibilities

• Inspect engine modules, components, and parts (e.g., LEAP, GTF, PW 4000, CFM 56)
• Create and manage repair orders while ensuring configuration compliance
• Complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards
• Document inspection results accurately and in accordance with procedures
• Support audits and apply continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, RCA)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Materials teams

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic or similar)
• 3-5 years of experience in aviation MRO or precision mechanical environments
• Knowledge of LEAP/GTF engines is a plus
• Preferably EASA Part 145 / Part 66 certified
• Quality- and safety-focused, with a structured working style
• A team player with clear communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills; proficiency in German is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift model
