Your Role as a RTS - Quality Inspector Externals

As a Quality Inspector Externals, you will:

• Release CFM56 & PW4000 piece parts and modules for assembly
• Certify piece parts
• Conduct quality inspections of engine parts and verify quantities
• Ensure completeness of shop orders and modifications for engine piece parts and modules
• Maintain technical onlog/completeness in the SAP structure
• Check and update measurement sheets
• Verify executed modifications to individual parts and components
• Complete assigned tasks according to relevant guidelines both technically and administratively
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while assuring quality
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma concepts (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to foster continuous improvement

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An apprenticeship as a technician or an equivalent qualification
• Desire to become a certified staff member; certification is preferred
• Self-discipline, self-responsibility, and strong communication skills
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a quality-driven industry, preferably in the MRO sector
• A quality and safety-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• The ability to work precisely, independently, and efficiently
• B1 level of English and B2 level of German
