Your Mission
- Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions: Manage complaint resolution, track corrective actions, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Reliability & Risk Analysis: Conduct MTBF assessments, evaluate defect rates, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Supplier & Process Quality: Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product Development & Compliance: Contribute to FMEA assessments, perform internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanics, micromechanics, physics, or a related field.
- Initial experience in development, production, or supply chain within the automotive, semiconductor, or aeronautics industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, functional analysis, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, Stratification, Flow Charts, Run Charts).
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
- Strong command of Excel; experience with Minitab is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
