What We're Looking For

We seek a rigorous and proactive Quality Engineer responsible for orchestrating efficient continuous improvement processes related to product quality, manufacturing processes, and new project/technology development. This role will involve:

• Conducting problem-solving meetings
• Performing product and process audits
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to test and validate new product launches

How to Succeed in This Position

As a Quality Engineer, you will:

• Define validation test plans and write test protocols
• Execute tests according to established scenarios and programs
• Record parameters and measurements gathered and draft test reports accordingly
• Identify and coordinate with external laboratories for testing, if needed
• Suggest improvements and/or modifications to test methods and procedures

You will also be responsible for inspecting parts and ensuring their conformity with specifications, coordinating continuous improvement meetings, and following up on open corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, you will assess action efficiency and support other departments in troubleshooting. Performing product and process audits and leading 5S and Lean activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Microtechnique Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a quality or production environment
• Proficiency in most quality tools and frameworks
• Strong command of both French and English
• Experience working in a startup is a significant advantage
