Your Future Responsibilities
- Perform and communicate quality controls to the production and quality teams.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of control equipment.
- Participate in production sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Train and support quality operators and shared operations.
Your Profile
- Experience in an ISO5 cleanroom environment, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
- Fluency in French (reading and oral communication); ability to read plans.
- Knowledge in SPC, control equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong dexterity, visual acuity, autonomy, and effective communication skills.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
