Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our research programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of study activities to verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices.
- Collaborate with study directors, principal investigators, and facility managers to ensure that all research activities meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, including audit reports, training records, and SOPs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices and implement necessary updates to the quality assurance program.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Centre.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; a degree in quality management or a Master's degree or higher is an advantage.
- Proven experience in quality assurance.
- Experience with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles is a plus.
- Demonstrated management experience in complex organizational structures.
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills would be advantageous.
