Manager Quality Assurance (f/m/d)
Our client is an international pharmaceutical company located in the agglomeration of Basel. Its core business is the development, licensing, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and diagnostics. To expand their team, they are looking for a Manager Quality Assurance (f/m/d).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate quality-related interactions with suppliers and customers.
- Support and supervise contract manufacturers of final medicinal products and APIs.
- Review and approve related quality events (e.g., deviations, OOS, change requests).
- Compile, review, and update QMS documentation (SOPs).
- Conduct PQR reviews.
- Perform external audits and self-inspections.
- Participate in health authority inspections.
- Conduct annual supplier assessments.
- Manage shipment releases (intermediate, bulk, finished product).
- Represent Quality Assurance in specific projects.
Who You Are:
- Master's degree in natural sciences: pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a QA function within a GMP/GDP environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Committed, proactive, and responsible personality.
- Fluent in English and German.
