Your Role
As a Diploma Nurse HF looking for a challenging and varied role, you will be part of a dedicated nursing team in Schwyz. Our Nursing Personnel Office places qualified professionals in diverse nursing positions, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care.
Your Tasks
- Care and support of patients in acute, long-term, or home care.
- Implementation of medical measures such as medication administration, infusion therapy, and wound care.
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
- Advising and educating patients and their relatives to promote responsible health management.
- Documentation of care processes and adjustment of individual care plans.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a diploma nurse HF.
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or home care is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and empathy in dealing with patients.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
