Your Future Responsibilities
As a QSE Coordinator, you will be instrumental in implementing and monitoring Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures across various projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with and enforcement of QSE standards and guidelines on-site.
- Participating in the identification of risks and implementing effective preventive measures.
- Conducting or coordinating internal audits, inspections, and QSE controls.
- Providing awareness, training, and support to employees on QSE topics.
- Tracking QSE indicators, drafting reports, and proposing continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborating closely with operational teams, management, and external partners such as authorities and control organizations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree or qualification in QSE, workplace safety, environmental science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the civil engineering or railway sectors.
- A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to safety, quality, and the environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools along with skills in document and procedure writing.
- A detail-oriented and responsible approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, complemented by a passion for teamwork.
