Position: QHSE Specialist

The QHSE Specialist is instrumental in supporting Accelleron’s Global Service Network by implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving our integrated management system across over 100 service locations worldwide. This role focuses on managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and quality documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing accurate HSE and quality performance reports. The position ensures alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 requirements, enhances overall HSE performance, and promotes a proactive safety culture throughout our Global Service Network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and track local compliance with international standards and local regulatory requirements based on ENHESA data.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report global HSE performance metrics and trends.
  • Support incident investigations and facilitate the sharing of lessons learned globally.
  • Enable consistent risk assessment and safe work practices across service operations.
  • Provide HSE guidance, tools, and training support to country and regional HSE teams.
  • Drive alignment on HSE processes, standards, and reporting within the global network.
  • Contribute to HSE culture development through campaigns, communication, and engagement.
  • Support strategic initiatives on sustainability, continuous improvement, and digitalization (e.g., LMRA, OHS, Stop Work Authority, etc.).
  • Assist in the continuous reduction of incidents and occupational risks across the global service network.

Your Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) within an industrial or service environment is essential.
  • A basic understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is required; experience supporting QMS or HSE systems is an advantage.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or a similar HSE certification, or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of incident investigation methods and risk assessment techniques.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in German and additional languages is an advantage.
  • A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across regions and cultures.
