Your Mission
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for the Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and CSR management system. You will lead compliance efforts, support certifications, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's performance.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the QHSE management system.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for certification audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Ensure regulatory compliance in HSE and guarantee the company's conformity.
- Write, structure, and update quality documentation and procedures.
- Formalize business processes and support their deployment.
- Identify risks, monitor action plans, and promote a culture of prevention.
- Participate in CSR projects (annual report, EcoVadis, risk mapping, sustainable development).
- Raise awareness and support teams in good QHSE practices.
Your Profile
- Higher education in Quality, HSE, Environment, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a QHSE role.
- Proven experience in internal audits and ISO certifications.
- Strong understanding of management systems and regulatory monitoring.
- Comfortable writing procedures and formalizing processes.
- Autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic, and field-oriented.
- Experience in CSR is a significant asset.
