About the Company
ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company provides industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.
Your Mission
Job Position Goals
- Order Processing and Management
- Forecasting and Demand Planning
- Monitoring Lead Times
Key Tasks
- Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in correct quantities and quality
- Prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Resolve delivery issues that arise during execution
- Execute operational procurement
- Manage supplier communication
- Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders
- Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier master data
- Identify and escalate supply risks
Other Tasks
- Support logistics and shipment coordination
- Assist with shipping and customs documentation as required
- Track shipments and ensure transparency regarding delivery status
- Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers
Competencies & Duties
- Work independently and responsibly, performing tasks as outlined
- Communicate proactively when issues arise or assistance is needed
- Ensure compliance with ANAVIA's employment contract and adhere to company safety guidelines
- Follow the employer’s quality manual, work instructions, and process specifications
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Initial professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
- Experience with operational buying or procurement activities
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems
- Basic understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and material flows
- Process-oriented and structured work methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
