ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) systems capable of handling loads up to 500 kilograms. We provide industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.
Our team is growing! We are currently seeking a Purchaser to support our operational procurement activities and ensure a reliable flow of materials throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in the correct quantities and quality.
- Prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Resolve delivery issues that arise during execution.
- Execute operational procurement.
- Manage supplier communication.
- Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Support supplier on-boarding and maintain supplier master data.
- Identify and escalate supply risks.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support logistics and shipment coordination.
- Assist with shipping and customs documentation as required.
- Track shipments and provide transparency regarding delivery status.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers.
Competencies & Duties
- Work independently and responsibly, performing tasks as described.
- Proactively communicate when issues arise or assistance is needed.
- Adhere to ANAVIA's employment contract and comply with the company's safety instructions and employee safety requirements.
- Follow the employer’s quality manual, work instructions, and corresponding process specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Completed advanced education in a technical and/or business-related field.
- Experience: Initial professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Skills: Basic understanding of logistics processes, materials handling, and inventory management software; familiarity with ERP systems.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
