Tasks

  • Gather requirements, maintain the backlog, and coordinate stakeholder inputs across business units within the OPSD project.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve operational decision-making tools.
  • Supervise the profitability of the project by monitoring cloud costs of the feature team.
  • Formulate new features and epics, define business values, write acceptance criteria, and prioritize features together with the Product Owner.
  • Ensure the delivery of the agreed project objectives while adhering to budget constraints and quality requirements.
  • Engage proactively in product development with the Product Owner to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions, and present and explain these solutions to the feature team.

Requirements

  • Master's or University degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience in the airline industry over the last 5 years.
  • Experience in agile project management with strong skills in SCRUM and KANBAN.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly related to data-based decision support in a cloud/Ops context.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Expertise in data-driven prediction and decision-making, embracing cross-departmental thinking and action.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with idiomatic proficiency.
  • Experience in Aviation Operations is a distinct advantage.
