Tasks
- Gathering requirements, maintaining the backlog, and coordinating stakeholder inputs across business units within the OPSD project
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve operational decision-making tools
- Supervising the profitability of the project by monitoring cloud costs of the feature team
- Formulating new features & epics, defining business values, writing acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features together with the Product Owner
- Ensuring the delivery of the agreed project objectives while adhering to budget constraints and quality requirements
- Proactive involvement in product development alongside the Product Owner to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions and presenting and explaining them to the feature team

Requirements
- Master's or University degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience in the airline industry for the last 5 years
- Agile project management experience with strong skills in SCRUM & KANBAN
- Strong analytical skills, particularly regarding data-based decision support in a cloud/Ops context
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively resolve conflicts
- Data-driven prediction/decision-making expertise with cross-departmental thinking and acting
- Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working within Aviation Operations is an advantage
