Your Tasks

• Prepare and define engine work scopes for the CFM56 and PW4000 models during engine shop visits, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, SR Technics technical standards, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure proper implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all elements of the (safety) Management System, fulfilling all related duties as defined in the MOE and SMS Manual.
• Optimize work scopes concerning performance, reliability, shop visit costs, and turnaround time, while providing technical customer support during shop visits.
• Actively engage in problem-solving activities, either by identifying issues, participating, or leading initiatives.
• Define and enhance the technical standards and maintenance concept for the CFM56 and PW4000 engines and their components, adhering to aviation requirements outlined by EASA Part 145, as well as quality and commercial aspects.
• Support commercial departments with contractual issues, including removal plans and workscoping, as well as LLP (Life Limited Parts) management.
• Participate in technical customer coordination meetings.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering (ETH, BSc, FH, or HF)
• Experience in the aviation engine MRO industry
• Knowledge of English (level B2) and German (level B2) is preferred
